Epic 404 Error when users log on

Hello
I’ve just been informed by one of my users that when they try to log in, they get an Epic 404 error.
Now, I’ve not been doing anything to my site all weekend because I’ve been away. So I can’t see that it’s come about due to something that I’ve done.
I’ve deactivated my login plugins, and that’s not helped. I’ve checked the login Page and that’s live. I’m not sure what else it could be.
Any clue?

I de-activated your “Custom Login” plugin, and all seems to work fine now. Please check.
