Error Displaying CPTs in Map

    Hi,

    Today I started obtaining a blank screen when switching from one CPT to another in the main map of Home Page of my web site, with the following message:
    No Records Found
    Sorry, no records were found. Please adjust your search criteria and try again..

    Could be this a GeoDirectory bug or should I ask to my hosting provider?

    Hi,

    Just for your knowledge in this previous installation: http://cuatrogrados.staging.wpengine.com/ before last GeoDirectory update it was working good.

    It works fine for me.

    Two possible causes I can think of:
    1. You navigated to a location where there are no listings in that CPT
    2. Your host’s caching system is not compatible with GD: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#wp

    Hi Guust,

    It’s working now. I tested my web site in the host that you suggested in your link https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#wp.

    It looks fine but I prefer by now keeping it in WPEngine ’cause it’s easy to manage.
    I’m considering migrating the site in the near future.
