Error in Add Listing

    Hi,
    I have 2 problems
    PROBLEM Nº 1 –
    Today the page soysostenible.website/location once again, shows nothing.
    This is the second time that happen that…
    I have gone to APPARANCE > WIDGET, and all widget area are empty…
    So, I have placed widgets in the corresponding areas.
    Now the page soysostenible.website/location is shown.

    1 week ago I have had the same problem and I have opened the following ticket:

    @simone replied telling me the following:
    “did you change theme meanwhile? All your widgets area are empty, you need to place the widget in the proper area, also, the Location virtual page was missing, I’ve restored it using the GD Tools.”

    I have never changed the theme (enfold) and I continue with the same theme, but today I have had the same problem: All my widgets area are empty once again.

    So, my question is:
    Is there a way in order to understand why disappears “widget” in “widget area”?

    PROBLEM Nº 2 –
    when I update GeoDirectory Location Manager at the 1.2.5 version, I receive this error:
    “Login details for GeoDirectory failed! Please check GeoDirectory > Auto Updates and that your membership is active. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”.
    I have introduced my usernames and my passwords (they are the same in the http://geodirectory.com and in http://geodirectory.themetailors.com/)

    but I receive the same error…

    Hello Giuseppe,

    1- Unfortunately we cannot know if something is going wrong with your widgets disappearing.
    Do you remember if you did something recently?

    2- I see here you’re stated as “free user”, you need to sync the account from TT to GD, you can find more info here

    Hi Simone
    1- I have detected a incompatibility between “GeoDirectory” and “WP Social Invitations”. This is a very good plugin that allow users to invite facebook friends in my web. But when this plugin is activated, user can fill the form “add listing” but the place will not be published. The next week users can have the new version of “WP Social Invitations”. It will have a new codifications. Maybe the new codification will not be incompatible.

    But I think that disappear widget is the fault of the plugin “Event Manager” but I am not sure… I will do same tests in order to detected if it is so…
    I know that there is an addon for event offering from Geodirectory. I am testing that in http://dropct.com/enfold/. I have created two events but I don’t understand very well how events will show at the other users. The map show “No Records Found”
    In my web I need a plataform for places and a plataform for events.
    The plataform for place must have 20 categories, and the plataform for events must have another differents categories (for example 12 categories). TOTAL 32 categories.
    So in the URL/location user can see 20 categorie, and in URL/events user can see 12 categories
    Is it possible with GeoDrectory and Event Addon?
    Is It possible create 32 categories? (One list with 20 categories for places, and one list with 12 categories for events)

    2- I have read the article in the link. There are explain a lot of things (I can buy in Geodirectory, or in Theme Taylors, etc. etc. ) but there is no explication about what I must do in order to synchronize TT GD.
    Sorry, but I don’t find where I must do click in order to synchronize the two profiles.

    1 – I don’t know the Wp Social invitations plugin so i can’t be helpful about that, sorry..

    Here for example you can see the events page showing listings for events only, and on top you’ll see the category
    http://test.simonetambasco.com/gdbeta/events/?etype=all
    also, on the homepage you’ll see the map with the categories on the bottom-right of the map

    Same happens with the listings/places (or any other post type)

    2- to sync your TT/GD profile, go in the top-right section and select your account /Edit profile/Profile/ThemeTailors Sales: Sync forum access
