Error in code to re-order tabs in details page

Hi,
I’ve read the tutorial: https://wpgeodirectory.com/re-order-tabs-in-a-listing-detail-page/
to re-order my tabs, and I copied it as it appears on the page, but when I added to my code snippets fails and shown the following error:
