    Good Afternoon,
I found an error while opening all the pages on the main menu (location places, search) and also if I try to search a place:

Warning: include(D:\inetpub\webs\ajoabiit\sardegna/wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/ ): failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\inetpub\webs\ajoabiit\sardegna\wp-includes\template-loader.php on line 74

Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘D:\inetpub\webs\ajoabiit\sardegna/wp-content/themes/supreme-directory/ ‘ for inclusion (include_path=’.;C:\php\pear’) in D:\inetpub\webs\ajoabiit\sardegna\wp-includes\template-loader.php on line 74

I’m using Supreme directory as active theme. Same problem with any other theme installed.
    GD version: 2.0.0.45
    WP version: 5.0.3

    Thanks for your help.

    Thanks

Yes, I can see the error when I click on places.

Usually a permission denied issue like that means that the files are not owned by the right user.

Try re-owning them to the main user or contact your host.

Did you load the files by FTP, or through the frontend?

If you did it via FTP, you might try reloading them through the WP site.

Hi Alex, thank you very much for your reply. Not shure about your suggestions. The problem is the file template-loader.php, the GeoDirectory plugin or Supreme directory and DirectoryStarter templates?

    Thanks again for your help.

    Try all of them.
Did you contact your host or try the recommendations?

Hi Alex, I tried to check file permissions, all folders are ok.
The problem is the file template-loader.php, the GeoDirectory plugin or Supreme directory and DirectoryStarter templates? Do you suggest to delete plugin and templates and re-install?

You can try a re-install, and, also, disabling non-GD plugins to see if there might be a conflict.

Also, make a private reply and include WP Admin credentials as well as FTP credentials so we can take a deeper look at the issue.

    Hi Alex,

Already sent WP and FTP credentials to Kor, which is now testing the site.

The best thing I can do now is waiting for his reply.

I let you know asap. I made a fresh installation in another domain and everything is working properly.

    Thanks for your help!
