    Hello good day

    This indicates to me the people of the hosting:

    I see that the data you indicate works perfectly and is accessible.

    I have added India to the white list of countries with access to administration, so if they use the correct data they should be able to access without any problem

    Regarding FTP, they must be connected in simple FTP mode and in normal mode (user and password), that is, not anonymous
