error when activating / deactivating

When I press activate I get ridirected to
wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=gd_place&page=gd-cpt-settings&tab=cpt_duplicate_alert

with this error
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Other than that is seems to be working.
