Error with Avada theme

    Hi,

    I’m using the Avada theme and get the following error when I want to save custom CSS changes to the theme: “There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page”.

    When I deactivate the Geodirectory plugin, the error disappears.

    Can you help me with this?

    Hi,

    please provide a link and admin credentials and we will have a look.

    Please also let us know exactly where in the theme are you saving your custom css so that we can find it quickly.

    I see an error in console: “NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error – /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php”

    I could not recreate this and i see you are not running Avada anymore?
    If you still want me to get to the bottom of this please provide FTP info.
