    Hi!

    We are experiencia errors on importing from Yelp. The system imports everything correctly -even images are shown on the revision screens- but in the final processo, when click en Publish, we got this message:

    Array ( [errors] => Array ( [import_file_error] => Array ( [0] => Archivo remoto es tamaño incorrecto ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )

    The entry remains on the stage of “Pending”. It niot show the images, but no one measure make it public, even tought adding the images one by one, it not possible to save any changes.

    Can you help me?

    Hello,

    I see the error you mean:

    Array ( [errors] => Array ( [import_file_error] => Array ( [0] => Archivo remoto es tamaño incorrecto ) ) [error_data] => Array ( ) )

    This is shown on a white screen after pressing “Publish” on the review page.

    We will need to look more into this, and for further debugging please write back with FTP information.

    I have flagged your topic for the developers, thanks for your patience while they look into the issue.

    Ye, I can access the CPanel.

    Please create a new FTP User with access to the site folder and share the credentials here.

    Thanks
