Errors: Messed up design & Error after coupon saved

    Guys

    After my longtime struggle with gd, i made a complete fresh install from scratch (blank webserver, newest wp, etc.)

    I ran into problems with payment manager again:

    1) My design is really, really messed up (priceplans), they are next to each other rather than on top of each other

    2) If i add a new coupon ill get an error

    see both screenies attached
