Errors on some author pages

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,

    For some reason, some of the author pages are not loaded properly: no footer and google search console shows connection errors on those pages (response code 500)

    Please create a private reply and include your site URL so we can take a look.

    If we could, we would also examine the settings. To do that we would need WP Admin credentials.
