    Is it possible that I can embed my own ” upcoming events by category” into the Supreme Directory.
    This is an example of Upcoming Music Events in Miami>http://www.hispaniclatinocalendar.com/city-calendars/miami-calendars/miami-music-calendar/
    Could I create boxes like the ones displayed in your http://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/location/united-states/new-york/new-york/ for Upcoming Events and place my events widget codes in them?

    I might need the Event Manager???

    Hi,

    with the event manager you can.

    With whateevr you are currently using it will not be possible. It would show the same events no matter the location.

    Hi,

    the only way to import event is via CSV file.

    That’s possible, but it will be removed from all listings that you are going to enter. Not only this page…

    Let me know if this is what you want.

    A 1. Bit confused you saying the only way to import the events is via CSV file.
    I did by adding the widget events code in the event listing code, see> http://www.hispaniclatinocalendar.com/events/united-states/florida/miami/miami_music_events/miami-music-events/

    A 2: You said “Removed from all listings” You mean all other types of listing too e.g Places and I added Biz Directory?

    Q:1: What will happen to the “My Dashboard”? Where would it display?

    Q2: How about the listing Map and listing address? Would they disappear too?

    Q:3. Is this, if I proceed, something I can do or you?

    Hi,

    adding the events that way is not impoorting them within the database of your website, you are using an external tool for events that is not integrated with our products at all.

    I gave you some css that should help you remove the sidebar only from that page.

    Please try not to scatter your question in so many posts. Keep things in one topic only so that following up is easier.

    2. Will it cause problems?

    You can, but you are using 2 separate tools to do it, it doesn’t much sense to me.

    However that doesn’t mean it must make sense to you too.

    Although I’m pretty much inclined to create a new WP site just for your GeoDirectory-Supreme Theme I curious about the above statement.

    1. Could please explain what you mean by “I am using 2 separate tools”???
    2. What 2 tools are you referring to?

    You are creating an event with GeoDIrectory called Miami Music Events to paste in it a list of events from another tool.

    Why do I see they will not be integrated? If you search for events using the GD search form, you will only find 1 event for Miami for example with inside a list of events.

    There will be no way to search for individual events.

    Clearer now?

    No! I was not pretending that one could search individual events.
    I was asking for a clarification of what you meant by using 2 separate tools?

    But, never mind this is “water under the bridge”! I plan to create a new WP site just for GeoDirectory-Supreme Theme and not include Events!
