We would like to implement some buttons on our home page similar to the screenshot attached, to help people quickly find events.

I can see there is a URL to filter Today’s events:
    /events/?etype=today

Is there a URL for “This week” and “This weekend”? Your suggestions are most welcome, thank you.

No, there isn’t, but that is not a bad suggestion 🙂
Maybe a future implementation, I’ll get the developers to look at your suggestion.
    Thanks

Just checking in to see if there is an ETA for if/when this new feature might be available? We are doing some updates to the layout of the site this week, and would love to include it, or at least allow space for it, if we know it’s coming. Thanks!

It has already been implemented and should be available in the next release. Probably next week.

    Hi guys,

I absolutely love this update – thank you.

One query: I’ve noticed that Friday is included in the “this weekend” search. Is this intentional or an error?
    Thank you,
    Katie

I noticed something else that’s not working as it should with this.
    1) Say I search for “next 30 days”: https://playinginpuddles.com.au/events/?etype=next_30_days
    2) I then look at those results and toggle to page 16 of this search: https://playinginpuddles.com.au/events/page/16/?etype=next_30_days
    3) I then decide I want to change my search to be for “this weekend” only. It keeps the search at page 16, so it brings up “no results”.: https://playinginpuddles.com.au/events/page/16/?etype=this_weekend

Is there a way this can be fixed so it knows to default back to page 1 of results?
    Thank you,
    Katie
