Event/Place date changes randomly

    We have been seeing this error repeatedly, where the date that is entered on the PLACE form randomly changes to a date 1 or 2 days earlier than what was entered. Sometimes it even changes this way when the PLACE is edited or updated. Obviously, since our site is event focused, wrong dates are a big problem.
