Events, Private, Public, Invitation only

    This may have been a questions that has been asked before. But, similar to the Buddypress groups, do we have a way, to make Events “date and place” private or invitation only?

    And I realize that an event posted is public…

    For example, I would like to have a CPT for Family Reunions, or Family Get Togethers. Yes, it would be visible to the Public but.. in order to see the event details as to place and date the member would have to be invited or added by the Event promoter and in this case it would be a family member. This way “party” crashers do not show up uninvited.
