    This read more output code is in your custom-functions file and is not simply a WP excerpt that we can override. Is there an easy way to override the output for this in the events widget without having to create a plugin with the customized function? The output is “Read More […]”. That seems redundant and takes up too much space in a sidebar. Do you think an option to customize the Read More text might be added as an option in the widget in the future?
