I have noticed that every company’s Expiration Date counts down by one day when I save the profile, with or without any other changes.

If the expiration date is set to 2019-09-30, upon saving the profile the expiration date will now be 2019-09-29. All other changes (if any) do apply but so does this new expiration date that I did not alter myself.

Please share WP Admin credentials and your site URL in a private reply and we will check the settings.

Are you setting the date manually?

I checked a couple listings and didn’t see that happening.

Is there a particular listing where you saw this happen?

It happens for every company for me, not just a single one. Here is an example with one so you can see every step. I have circled the date I am referring to in each image.

    1) Find a company, look at expiration date
    2) Open that company and the expiration date has already changed
    3) Save/Update that page, the expiration date has changed yet again

I have now tried in Chrome Incognito mode, Firefox, and Firefox Private Browsing and was able to recreate this issue on all browsers.

I have also attempted it on mobile, using my iPhone on Firefox browser, and saw the expiration date change for me.

I will ask our team to give it a try and share what they find as I was unable to recreate the issue.

I just checked by changing and saving expire date.
I am not able to recreate the mentioned issue.

the expiration date changing as expected.

can you please check refreshing your browser cache
or trying it on other system.

just to confirm the process, if you can share a screencast it will be helpful.

This is the second such report I am aware off.
I think it is related to your timezone.
    Both reports come from California.
I’ll discuss this with the developers after the weekend.
    Thanks

    Hello There,

It looks like timezone issue. What timezone you have on your system?

And the timezone in your WordPress settings is UTC -8.
I’ll get Kiran to comment further.

We are formally on the West Coast of California so it is very preferable to have our timezone on the WordPress installation to reflect that location.

Are you suggesting there may be an issue since the server and WordPress installations have differing timestamps?
