    Hi all,

Hows things? Hope you all doing well.

    1)
So, i make a one day free listing for testing. I got a listing expired within 24 hr and put it to draft.
It is strange. And I did not receive any email notification for it expired. i was expecting that.
    (Please see screen shot 3)

    2)
The expired listing was still counted in the categories. But not showing on the map.(Please see screen shot 1). After i flush the cache, the counting corrected.(Please see screen shot 2)

So, clock and cache issues here. how the others solve it.

    Thank you

    1. Check you pricing options to make sure you have enabled the expiry process and the options for free packages.

    2. Cache can take time to rebuild once a change has been made. The changes are put into a list and executed one by one. If you have made important changes you should disable cache until you are done working on a site, then enable again once the changes are complete with a clear cache.

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply

    1) Can you please step by step show how to enable expiry process for free packages. I am not sure how to enable them.

    2) I did clear caches before i put the test listing and everything was fine and i did not touch anything since then, just watch the listing expire. So, i have no idea how to fix it. could it be plugin issue?

    Thank you

    1. Enable renewal for free packages if needed: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/prices-and-payments-add-on-overview/#general

    2. Cache rebuilds take time, this is normal behavior.
