Expiry notification not sending

    Hi,

    I recently changed the pre expiry notice days from 5 to 7. Before this the notification was working fine, however, after making the change I don’t think the notice email is being sent out to customers. I’ve got a couple of renewals due in next few days and have not received a copy of the notificaiton email.

    Prior to the change the expiry on these were at least 10 days, hence I figured it would be ok to make the change.

    So, I guess something has gone wrong. Could someone take a look? I’ll post log-in info separately.
