Export function not working?

    Hi there,

    I am trying to export a csv of my listings (only 5 in total) and I get to the completed stage, but there is no prompt to download the file. It doesn’t seem to be automatically downloading either. Am I missing something?

    (screenshot attached of how far I get in the process – after multiple tries and waiting over an hour to see if it needed more time.)

    Hi Christy, can we have your URL and WP admin details in a private reply please so we can check.
    A link to the file should appear next to the “Export CSV” button.

    No, because we cannot see the GD settings, so we need admin.
