Client is testing the site and tried to create a new places listing. After approving the new listing and trying to move towards buy now on Paypal that credit card listing purchase was interrupted with a php error message.

BTW — He loves the new website and loves the GEO DIRECTORY functionality but for:

Please consider providing your users PRIVATE ENQUIRY check box right up front when I open a ticket, and doing so means I can avoid the delay of waiting for your response to reply confidentially.

If you add a PRIVATE ENQUIRY from the outset I would be able to include the exact php error code here and now which has to be held back because the error code includes confidential login information.

Follow my point — So now I sit and wait for your response and after you respond I will be able to reply and provide private confidential login information embedded in the php error code. The reply c confidentially does not appear until your ticket is open and until you respond. Waste of time.

There is no need to wait for a response from us before you can reply to your own post in private.
Just add your introduction, post that, and then add your private notes in a private reply to your first post.

To update GD plugins, please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-is-the-best-way-to-update-the-gd-plugins/

Customizations should never be made to a parent theme, so it would be safe to update the starter theme using the normal WP process.
If you did make customizations, make sure to move them to a safe place, for example use code snippets for php code, and GD > Design > scripts for CSS.
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/useful-plugins/#snippets

Once you have moved all customizations from Supreme or Starter to a safe place, you can also update Supreme by owerwriting all the files using FTP.
