Fatal Error activating Widget Logic Plugin

    I receive this message when I try activate Widget Logic plugin:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_logic_filter_sidebars_widgets() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/salamancarte.com/geodirectorytest.com/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory_hooks_actions.php:269) in /var/www/vhosts/salamancarte.com/geodirectorytest.com/wp-content/plugins/widget-logic/widget_logic.php on line 291
