    Hello,

    I am wondering is there any parameters for filtering favorites listing in gd_listings shortcode? in V1, we have (favorites_by_user=” show_favorites_only=’1′) but I am not able to find anything in V2.

    I have tried gd_loop_paging without any success. I believe there is some parameter to limit how many listing on a page in order for the gd_loop_paging to work? For example there is post_number=’50’ in V1. I believe bottom_pagination and top_pagination might have been removed from V2?

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for your post. Please allow me to answer your questions accordingly.

    1. No, there isn’t a show_favorites_only gd listing shortcode available in GDv2

    2. The gd_loop_paging is being used in Search and Archive GD Pages

    3. To add pagination, you can use the parameter below in the GD listing shortcode. 

    [gd_listings post_type="gd_place" sort_by="az" title_tag="h3" layout="gridview_onehalf" post_limit="5" add_location_filter="1" view_all_link="1" top_pagination="1" bottom_pagination="1"]

    Update:

    Show favorites filtered by author has been added and will be in the next release.

    Use gd_loop_paging for paging. Put it at the top and bottom if you like.

    As Kor said gd_loop is only for Archive pages, so use GD listings instead on other pages.

    To increase listings per page adjust the WP setting at
    WP – Settings – Reading – Posts per page

    Thanks Kor, Alex

    I updated to latest plugin and the favorite is now working. thanks.

    I tested the above shortcode (gd_listings), the pagination is not showing. The “show all” does appear at the bottom of the test page. I am wondering if we need another parameter such as with_pagination=’1′ ? I did verify Blog pages show at most is set at 20 in the WP setting. The shortcode is set at 100. [gd_listings post_limit=”100″]

    The pagination does appear in the archive page.
