Feature option question

I’m a bit confused about the “Is featured” option in the pricing packages.

I assume the following:

If I want to feature an entry for Package A I need to make an identical package with the option “Is featured” set to yes and a fallback to Package A after the package expires.

So if I have 3 pricing packages I would end up finally with 6 packages.

While this seems to work, I think it would be less confusing for the listing owners if they just could buy/add a featured option right in the package they use.

Would this be doable in geodirectory ?
