Featured listings only created for one category

Hi – I have a Geodirectory membership and am testing featured listings as part of a paid package. I only have one CPT. I have not excluded any CPT categories from an active featured listing package under GD Prices and Payments > Prices. Through my admin account (so that I don’t have to go through the payment processing which isn’t set up, even in sandbox mode), I can create featured listings for all categories of my CPT, but the Featured banner only shows up for posts from one category (Product Fundraisers).

Attaching a screen shot from Prices tab in case it’s helpful.

The featured banner only shows up if the listing displays an image.
I added a default image at GD > Design > Listings > Upload listing no image
Please check now.
