Few things- business services icons are not showing on 2 seperate sites

1. The business services icon isn’t showing up on https://discoverbradentontesting.sarasotawebsites.com/ or https://sarasotawordofmouth.com/

I have tried deleting and re-creating…anything named “business services” ends up being a box…

2. Is there a way to have a GD search short-code have pre-set filters?

3. How do you find the URL for the pre-set filter for a tag? So for example: we tag certain businesses with “downtown”. We want a button on the home page to go to a page with all the businesses tagged “downtown” to show up…

4. Can we have a premium listing package… custom post type like “coupons” and they show up in the listing and in a search? I hope I’m using the right terminology…

5. Custom Personalization – let the users create their own interests so those events/listings show first or they’re notified of new activity?

1. What icon is that? Screenshot?

2. You can set the options drawer to open with the shortcode builder. If you want the filter options pre-selected, you could link to the search results page with them selected. Otherwise there isn’t a way to do that without a customization.

3. Enter the tag in the search-for field and copy the link to the search results.

4. Try the special offers field. Add that to your CPT, and then set it for display in Show in extra output locations -> Listings

5. The List Manager addon might be worth checking out.

Thanks for your reply. Could you try installing this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/font-awesome/ and see if it fixes the icon issue? If not, kindly share your Website WP admin access here in private reply.

I can see there is an issue with the blackberry icon, but others work and I reset it to briefcase. Is there another problem besides that on the site? Please share a link.
