Fields displaying in wrong location

    Hello,
    While creating a new entry for a place we are facing the following issue
    1. The details entered in for Phone #, Email, Website are NOT being saved and are not showing up.
    2. But if we enter some details in area for Business Hours where the option
    Business Hours is selected as NO then the details entered in this location are displayed as as the Phone, Website after being saved.

    Can you help us please resolve this issue.
