filter hooks for email notifications

    I have CPT in addition to gd_places and packages that have different behaviors (subscriptions vs non). I would like to send customized emails for certain post types for say the listing expiration emails. Are there any hooks I can use to accomplish this? I guess I could also create a new shortcode and use that to customize my emails?

    what’s the best way?
