Filtering Select Options

    I have a custom post type called food. I created a custom field with HTML variable name “food_locality_rank” in Food Settings. This field is a dropdown select. See image below:

    Example Dropdown List

    I would like to filter the options to bold the “OR”. Is this filter possible ? If so which filter would I use ?

    I tried this filter “geodir_custom_field_input_select_food_locality_rank” , but could not get it to work.
