Hello, I’ve searched the forum for an answer and haven’t found it quite yet. In one post I found that I can add “wp_enqueue_script(‘geodirectory-jquery-flexslider-js’);” in functions.php to fix the issue of flexslider not loading. That was our original problem (not loading in any browser). After applying that code, the flex loader works on up-to-date Safari and Internet Explorer browsers.

However, we still get an empty gray box with a loading icon on Chrome and Firefox.

All single detail pages are like this. Here’s an example URL:
    http://mme.meetmags.com/places/missouri/des-peres/theater-1/wehrenberg-theatres/

The website runs on WpEngine with caching.

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for your reply. Upon inspecting your Website, there seems to be a conflict with your theme as it seems to work fine when I switched to another theme. I’ll forward this to our developers for further assistance.

    Thanks!

    Hi Joe,

This has been fixed on your staging site. You can apply same fix on your live site by using theme compatibility. Go to WordPress Admin > GeoDirectory > Theme Compatibility > Performag_custom & use same compatibility on your live site.

Hi Kiran, when I’m in the staging website do I need to “export” the performag_custom file and then log into live website and go to theme compatibility and “import” that file?

You can export > import theme compatibility setting on your live site OR you can setup same theme compatibility on your live site.

Let us know how it goes.
