    Hello –

I have a FA pro subscription. I see the settings to enable Pro subscription but cannot get this to take effect. Have tried adding via js and kit url. Can you advise on best way to enable FA pro?

    Thanks,

    patrick

It’s pretty simple. Follow the link in the settings to manage your pro domains.
    Add your domain.
Then, when you want to use a pro icon, just enter the css label like:

    fal fa-ad

For example, in the email field where it asks for icon, enter that to see a pro ad icon.

Thanks. I did add my domain. But I need to use the Pro icons for category icons. How would this work? The category drop-down doesn’t load the pro icons, and I can’t enter the css label manually. Am I missing something?

I’ve changed the unicode on the free fa icons I want to change to pro via css. Not sure if that’s the correct way, but it works for now.

    Hello Patrick,

This has been fixed and it will be in next release. In next release it will allow to choose pro icons(for pro subscription) if pro option enabled.

    Patch available here: https://github.com/AyeCode/geodirectory/commit/6b7a25f4e20d341c1abdbbba3da0d6c2e6378f22
