Force claim to come from the "contact email" field

Hey guys,

quick thought here. I have a directory that will be populated with accurate “contact email” fields.

Is there a way to auto approve claims only if that email address is used by the person claiming? I’m trying to think of a way to prevent people claiming listings they shouldn’t, without manual intervention.
