force list view on mobile

    I just looked at the Listing page in mobile, and oh boy, it is not good for my purposes, can I add function to force display as list in mobile/tablets, and map does not show in mobile Top Section is that disabled somewhere with checkbox, I looked in Map in Design and it was not there

    Hi Carin,

    the option to show as list applies to all sizes, mobile and desktop. You can find it at:

    GeoDirectory – Design – Detail – DETAIL PAGE TAB SETTINGS – Show as list

    Right above that is the option to Exclude selected tabs from detail page, did you set the map to be disabled there?

    About the map, it sounds like you are describing a widget, but I’m not sure i understand completely, so write back with more information about that and we will try to help.

    Now I am confused a bit, The Listings Page shows all Places in a Category, correct? I would like to force the display of the Places on the Listings Page to show as List only in Mobile. I enabled top section on the Listings Page and I have added the Map Listing Widget to GD Listing Top Section, it shows on Desktop but not mobile, maybe caching, I am looking for clear cache on my phone in Chrome but cant find it

    I misread your post, my apologies.

    Please share the URL to the page so we can see what is going on there.

    Mobile view should trigger a single post per row automatically.

    Clear cache on the phone in the site settings.

    it does trigger that and its too long to scroll, i would like to force List view on Mobile, and keep grid on Desktop.
