Hi I am working on this listing for someone but it is behaving funny:
    http://www.behealthytt.com/places/trinidad-and-tobago/san-fernando/san-fernando/yoga-classes/anugraha-yoga/

I cannot create spaces between the text (even though spaces are there on the back end) and the spacing is off between the two paragraphs (even though it looks normal on the back end).

    Please Advise

    Shari

    Hi Shari,

It looks like you’ve enabled the “Advanced Editor” for your descriptions and there could be some formatting errors. The settings can be found here. GD > Design > Listing > ADD LISTING FORM SETTINGS > Show description field as editor . I’d suggest turning that off if you would like to avoid formatting issues if the listing is added by your clients. If not, you can try correcting the formatting issues by selecting the “Text Editor” http://prntscr.com/c96stl

Hi I followed what you described but I have no idea how to turn it off.
Under ADD LISTING FORM SETTINGS there are two options:
    Enable “Accept Terms and Conditions”
and Show description field as editor

Under “Show description field as editor” there is no check box. There is an empty box which says: Select post types to show advanced editor on add listing page

but it does not have any text in there ?

    Hi twinislands,

Do you think you can share temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look at the settings? You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

please review the text tab of that content to see the HTML, it is full of

    <div class="ellipsis _50f3" data-hover="tooltip">

A lot of them are not closed.

    Thanks

Okay thanks for the feedback. I am not sure how that happened as I do not know how to code

I did update my wordpress, genesis and plugins so I do not know if that is causing the error but I only use the Visual tab, never the Text to input data

Please advise how to fix this issue

    Thanks

Presumably you copy and pasted the text with the code already formatted around it or one of your plugins is adding that html automatically.

To fix it you should remove all the wrong html from the text editor and find out where it was coming from to prevent this from happening again.

GeoDirectory has nothing to do with it.

    Thanks

Hi Paolo, great feedback. I copy and pasted the text from gmail and i am not sure where my client got it from. In the end I pasted it into “plain text” format in gmail and did over the whole profile.

It is showing as normal now so just a weird formatting issue.

    I appreciate the headsup.
