Formatting the Search Widget

    I have the avada theme and I am attempting to format the padding on the search. I have added using theme editor
    .geodir-loc-bar-in {
    padding: 0px;
    }

    However, it is not updating. I cleared the browser and still no luck. When I modify the element using the browser inspector it works as required.
