Forum Error Access For Add-Ons

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I renewed my membership on last week and for the add-on forums I’m receiving the following message: “You must purchases a membership to access that forum. Buy here”.

    I cleared cache, tried rebooting and also tried a different browser but still get the same message.

    Hi Charla,

    I’m sorry about that, because I don’t see anything wrong in our back end, I asked to Stiofan to check what’s wrong.

    He may have to change your password to do some tests, I hope that’s not a problem.

    He’ll let us know asap.

    Please check now, there was a bug with EDD where it did not mark your new licence as active and left it set as expired, i have fixed this now.
