Silly question, but should one reply to a support answer to say thanks? I’ve found your team to be remarkably quick and helpful on questions, so I usually feel the need to reply back to say “gee thanks!” but then it occurred to me that I’m just creating yet one more ticket to at least look at — which is an ironic concern given that I’m making you look at this one 😉

So what do you say? Hit the reply, or just telephathically send good karma back?

You are also adding few KB in the database… 🙂

Telepathically send good karma back works for us just like the thank you note doesn’t bother us at all.

Next support forum UI will have a [Resolved, Thank You!] button for the OP to close the ticket.

    Thanks
