Franchise Expiry notices and manual updates

    We have manually reset expiry dates via import/export and used the tool for Term Counts but clients are still receiving notices to say the listing has been downgraded, despite the fact their listing expiry has been extended. Can you please assist? Can we turn of email notifications for Franchises only? How can we ensure that these notices are not sent when the expiry has been updated?
