Franchise Manager Error

    Since updating to GeoDirectory V2 I am unable to add franchise listings. As normal I select the tickbox for franchise and select the frozen fields. But when I attempt to add a franchise listing all I get is an error message that says: “Error:please retry”.

    The the listing gets placed as a standard listing with only the title. All other completed fields are ignored.

    Please can you help me solve this error message.
