franchise manager locked fields not published

    I use franchise manager V2, when I add a franchise, locked fields are not published.

    Can you help me find out what’s wrong, please?

    I misexplained
    On my admin interface, everything works perfectly.

    But if I create an author or subscriber account, the problem appears.

    In fact, the question I wanted to ask is: is there any setting to be made so that it works for any type of user? for example, do I have to set”Restrict wp-admin” in geodirectory settings or maybe another setting?

    I am not sure what the issue is, exactly, but, let me give it a try:

    If you mean to deny roles access to the backend, then each role must be added individually in

    GD – Settings – General – Restrict wp-admin

    Hi,

    I have tested different changes, but the problem is not solved. On my admin interface, everything works, but from the user interface, it doesn’t work.

    I reinstalled geo directory, to see if the problem persisted, and the lists on the user interface no longer appear.

    Did I misconfigure something?

    Can you help me?

    This seems unrelated to the previous error. If that has been resolved, great.
    For the new issue, that is a UsersWP issue. I recommend you reinstall the plugin and review the settings.

    Hi,

    I reinstalled usersWP and everything is back to normal.

    but the first problem is still present, I reinstalled everything several times, and the blocked fields do not appear on the franchise listing.
    I can’t find out what the problem is, can you help me, please?

    Hello,

    what is the site URL?
    What do you mean “blocked fields”? Do you mean locked fields?
    If the fields are left blank, and locked, then the child listings will have those fields blanked out also.
    Does that make sense?
