Franchise photo thumbnail for listing and featured not showing

Hello,

Having a few issues with the franchise plugin:

1) the featured status is not displaying even though the price package and the main listing are featured
2) the photo thumbnail is missing for the listings
3) the franchise listing drops a photo on save
4) franchise not appearing in the my account menu
