free listing – expiry?

    Hi there,

    in my site, all members of the association are allowed to have a free listing on the website. Members may renew their membership by mail, by paypal, in person in cash, etc etc.

    So, I have all the listings on the site listed as “free” – however. what is the easiest way to make a listing expire, if we discover that someone hasn’t paid their membership yet for this year?

    I’ve got the free listing set to expire after 400 days – but when I test it, and have set one of my listings to have an expiry date of 4 days ago – the listing is still there.

    what am I doing wrong?
