From overall rating to multi-rating

    Hello guys,

    Some of my clients asked me to develop the review template -> in other words to change from overall ratings and reviews to multi rating + a total score from those.

    If I do this, will it affect my current ratings and reviews that I have for my listings?

    Hi,

    It will not. Old review will only have the overall rating, while new reviews will also have the new criteria.
