gd booster breaks multinews theme menu, header, footer, sidebar

    i enabled gd booster, all default, using multinews theme (2.5, latest), woocommerce is not installed

    with gd booster enabled, the header menus, the header logo, the footer contents, and the right sidebar all disappeared

    then i disabled gd booster, and all of the components came back, site was normal
