GD Booster not "boosting"??

    Hi guys, our site http://www.plasticsurgeryhub.com.au is slow, even though we have both GD Booster and Cloudflare enabled? Here’s a test that was recently done – http://www.webpagetest.org/result/151014_J4_18JH/1/details/ – it looks like images aren’t being cached/compressed?
