GD Booster problems with X Theme

I tried adding GD Booster to my site (using X Theme), but finding that all inline scripts are being completely removed from the site.

Also, some scripts HAVE to be in the head, and GD Booster moves them all to footer.

Any way to make it so that GB Booster just IGNORES inline <script type=”text/javascript”> on the page? AND, if we add something to be ignored in GD Booster, it STAYS where it was?
