@zeb I’ve flagged your other post for Stiofan already to check why the autoupdate isn’t working correctly all the time.
Have you tried to update the addons 1 by 1?
Let us know,
June 27, 2014 at 2:06 am #6406Non of my plugins will update, please help because my website is really messed up since I updated in an hour ago. It changed the whole sites layout and scrambled everything, we were supposed to finally launch tomorrow becuase it was finally working correctly but it just really went crazy after that update, please help. 🙂
June 27, 2014 at 2:07 am #6408Yes, I’ve tried one at a time too
June 27, 2014 at 2:59 am #6415Quick solution to your problem would be to use the regular method to update wp products when auto update fails or isn’t provided.
Download the addon to your desktop, unzip them and overwrite the original addons via ftp in your wp-content/plugins folder.
Unfortunately I am not in the position to assist you any further on the Autoupdate, only Stiofan could and in UK right now is 4am.
Thx
June 27, 2014 at 6:06 am #6426I am seeing the same ‘Internal Server Error’ message when trying to auto-update.
June 29, 2014 at 3:01 am #6669I updated the Core Plugin from my WP Plugins UI. Then I attempted to update any of the remaining 11 plugins from GoeDirectory I get the following error http://screencast.com/t/tCIzBMT6u no matter what plugin I attempt to install.
Now our home page is not displaying the listings on the home page as it did before. I read through an earlier post similar to this but did not see the resolution. I am in urgent need of getting the site back functioning asap as marketing efforts should be hitting the site this weekend.
Thank you in advance for you quick reply and assistance, you guys have always been great.
June 29, 2014 at 6:58 pm #6716Hi, sampotter01, can you restore the working site version? Many good hosting companies offer daily backups for free.
Have you also tried to install the GD plugin with add-ons using Upload Method in WordPress admin panel? First you would need to download the plugin from http://wordpress.org/plugins/geodirectory/ (which will be a zip file), then go to your WordPress admin panel. Click on Plugin » Add New. Then click on the Upload Tab. The same goes with add-ons that can be downloaded from https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/members/YOUR_ACCOUNT/downloads/
June 29, 2014 at 7:28 pm #6719HI sampotter1, please read my post few reply above yours: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/gd-core-v1-1-4-and-multilocation-1-0-6/page/3/#post-6415
That’s the only solution I can provide on a sunday.
Sorry about the problem though… I’ll let Stiofan know that many are still having problem with autoupdates.
June 30, 2014 at 8:43 am #6765Hello there,
I had almost finished my site except that the categories do not display the required results.
In fact, when I click on a category from a section you the results of the section are shown …When I did a search with the search engine works ca.
But, for example, I have a “restaurant” section. In this section I created a category “World Cup”. Before I made the last update GeoDirectory everything worked. Ie that by clicking on “World Cup” I only restaurants “world cup”.
Now when I click on “World Cup” I have all the restaurants that appear.
Y t there an option to uncheck??
Or find a solution?

July 12, 2014 at 5:14 pm #8294I am still having an issue where my listings do not show up below the map http://screencast.com/t/iTgiKErbeKgV . I have gone through several of the suggestions recommended above to no avail. Can someone please assist me so I don’t feel like I wasted my money on this. I have already had to refund what little money I took in on this site as it stopped working as I intended as soon as I upgraded. This is for fisheroogle.com and I appreciate your quick response.
Thanks,
Sam Potter -
