    Hi,

In GD Home page, for the map I am using width 100% and zoom level as 1 to show the total world map. Here it is showing 3 world maps.

I dont want to show like that I want to show only 1 map. I tried with different zoom levels still the map is not fitting perfectly.

How can I avoid this map repeating and I want to restrict the zoom out and zoom in until certainl levels only. How can I achieve this ?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Sunil,

please review our support policy. https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/

You have 1 of the premium add-on installed, so you must either buy a subscription or submit support requests with the account that purchased the add-on.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

this are the files with inconsistent file permissions:

    geodirectory-functions/custom_fields_input_functions.php, geodirectory-functions/a.html, geodirectory-assets/css/.style.scss.swp, geodirectory-assets/css/style.scss, geodirectory-assets/css/custom_field.css, geodirectory-assets/js/custom_fields.js

Please make sure to make them writable recursively or update via FTP.

Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks

    Hi,

after setting the geodirectory folder for permission 755 recursively, it started throwing a new error. Cannot create folder (which is something I had never seen).

For the moment I updated manually via FTP overwriting the old folder.

Let me know if the problem comes back with the next update.

    Thanks

    Hi Paolo,

We tried update, to resolve the map repeating issue. But still map repeating issue existed.
Kindly help me on this how can I resolve it.

As I said before, when we are trying to zoom out the map and dragging the map fully to left / right, this map repeating is happening.

How can I resolve this ?

    Kindly help me on this.

It looks ok on my system, if you have the map set to 100% width and have a widescreen then there is no way to prevent that.

    Hi Stiofan OConnor,

Can you let me know at least how to prevent zoom out level and restricting the map dragging at certain point for left and right.

It will helps us to hide the map repeating

Attached is what I see and it looks correct.

You can only set the zoom manually or auto-zoom. There is no other solution.

    Thanks
