    Hello,

I’ve got a lovely server 500 issue going on with my Multi-site. It appears to be somewhere in my GD site. In the process of trying to identify what is going I re-named my plugin folder to access the admin site and start the process of re-activating each plugin.

I’ve got to a point where I’ve re-activated all of GD plugins, if I activate another plugin it blows up again. It might or might not be a GD plugin at the root.

BUT in the site (https://medrate.asia/sg) clicking on any of the links to GD pages takes me to a 404 page. E.G. clicking on a clinic on the home page give me 404 error. The same for the search or nav links. Where have my pages gone?! Has something happened to the Multi-location plugin or?

Any help would be gratefully received!

    Hello,

I’ve just also tried and got the same result – the links all work again. Don’t know how or why…some really strange things goings on! Can’t trace down why it keeps blowing up. Gets to a certain point and multiple plugins seem to cause fatal errors. Any suggestions for tools to use?

    Hi Cyril,

Sounds like a cache related issue to me. Probably there is one on your server which sometimes, clearing the cache on the Website wouldn’t be enough.

    Thanks!

    Hey,

Flushed all my caches. Still no joy.

When trying to access the admin page I’m getting this error now:

    https://medrate.asia/sg/wp-admin/

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘)’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php70/pear’) in /home/medrate5/public_html/wp-content/themes/directory-starter/functions.php on line 14

    Hi Cyril,

Please provide FTP access in private reply and I’ll pass this along to a developer.

    Thanks!

If it works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t I’d suspect a server configuration issue. If there was an application bug, it would fail 100% of times.

Please try to ask to your server admin if he can find traces of the error in the error log.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

I have tried to figure this out but its very strange, i keep getting very different errors and its not consistent. Is your hosting WP specific hosting? If so it might be related to caching, and you should ask to be put on no WP specific hosting.

    Hello,

Glad I’m not the only one finding it strange! Thanks so much for checking it out, I’ll contact the hosting guys to see if they can do anything.
