GD Listings: Import CSV button wont work

When I go to GD Listings: Import CSV part of import & export when I press select and upload csv the button does nothing. I cant get it to take me anywhere to get my file. or for categories or listing sections for that matter either. How can this be fixed?

Thanks for your reply. Are you getting any errors? Also, try deactivating all non-gd plugins and see if it helps. If you need further assistance, share your WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it.

this is most likely to be fixed by clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

HI,

the button responds, for me, using Chrome.

To do a hard reload, hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button. Or, Hold down Ctrl and press F5. Or just open the Chrome Dev Tools by pressing F12. Once the chrome dev tools are open, just right click on the refresh button and a menu will drop down.
